In global logistics Perfume is considered a hazardous good because of the high % of alcohol and its high flammability. The shipment process is complex and cost intense. In order to ship our perfumes we work with certified partners who help us to pack and insure our shipments.

Usually shipments are made daily and orders placed before 1pm (13:00) are dispatched on the following day (max. 3 days to dispatch). However this may differ, especially during COVID-19 times.

Perfumes purchased on roelenperfume.com can be returned within 14 days, as long as the original packaging isn’t damaged and bottles are unopened/safety seals not broken. Please use our website chat to notify our customer support before returning any goods. Any occurring cost for the return like shipping, taxes or duties have to be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
It is the customer's duty to cooperate with the receipt of the goods and to do everything reasonable to receive the goods. If a customer decides not to accept the goods for various reasons, roelenperfume.com reserves the right to charge a processing fee and shipping costs. The amount depends on the costs incurred and can be deducted in full from the refund of the purchase amount. This includes shipping costs, handling fees and any applicable customs duties or other fees.
